The Energy Freedom Team
As you know, I am running for board in SRP 6.
You may not have met the three fine folks running for Council in SRP 6.
Meet Sara and John Travise.
Sara is an artist and cybersecurity professional who brings a valuable mix of creativity and technical expertise to her campaign.
John is an Army veteran with over a decade of service, including deployments to Iraq. After his military service, he transitioned into cybersecurity.
They are running as a team because they know that change needs to come fast in order to meet the moment.
“To shift policy toward customers—toward energy freedom—we need new voices willing to ask hard questions. John and Sara are a team at home, a team in this campaign, and if elected, they'll be a team fighting for you.”
Meet Allison Gullick.
Allison Gullick is a community epidemiologist, neighborhood leader, and Phoenix resident running to bring a public health lens to energy and water governance.
She holds a Master of Science in Public Health in Applied Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Society, and the Environment from the University of Minnesota. Her career focuses on how large systems affect real world health outcomes.
Remember, each SRP district has one Board seat and 3 Council seats. So, when you get your ballots, you will my name for board Sara, John and Allison for council.
You can also vote for…
In addition to voting in your individual district, you can vote for two At-Large positions, and for President and Vice President.
Kathy Mohr-Almeida and Krista O’Brien have done a great job for four years as At-Large Board members.
Sandra Kennedy, famous for her work on the Arizona Corporation Commission, is running for SRP Board President, with Casey Clowes as her Vice Presidential Pick. Both Sandra and Casey are sitting At-Large members, but those at-large seats are not up for election in 2026.
If you live in SRP District 4, please get to know Lupe Conchas.
In SRP District 8, Melisa Harlan is running for Board. On the council side, have a look at Randy Miller, Nicole Brown and Regina Gutierrez.
You can learn about all of these candidates at a website they share, here.
Remember, if you live in an odd-numbered district, you won’t have candidates in your district for Board and Council. But you can still vote for the at-large and presidential seats.
